Labourforce is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Poly Welder Machine Repairer to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution site based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane.

Shift & Pay
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $***** per hour
Key Responsibilities
Repairing and servicing poly welder machines
Diagnosing basic mechanical or operational faults
Assisting with machine maintenance and upkeep
Testing equipment to ensure correct operation
Maintaining a clean and secure workshop environment
Supporting production and maintenance teams as required
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience (preferred, not essential)
Willingness to learn — full training provided
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work Monday to Friday on day shift
