you will support the daily operation of the housekeeping department and lead by example to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising the housekeeping team on shiftInspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are metAllocating daily duties and managing room assignmentsTraining, coaching and developing team membersAssisting with inventory management and ordering of suppliesWorking closely with Front Office and Maintenance teamsEnsuring health, safety and cleanliness standards are maintainedResponding promptly to guest requests and operational requirementsAssisting with deep cleaning and project work when requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader positionStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA hands-on approach and willingness to support the teamThe ability to motivate and develop othersExcellent communication and time management skillsFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysFull Australian working rightsWhy Join Us?
