and functional outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored intervention programsDevelop individualised therapy plans and monitor client progressSupport children to develop skills across areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, and participationCollaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic careBuild strong relationships with children, families, and key stakeholdersMaintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and recordsContribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiativesPromote best-practice, strengths-based, and family-centred approaches to careAbout YouTertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyCurrent Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registrationExperience working as an Occupational TherapistExperience working with paediatric clients is highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based servicesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAdditional RequirementsCurrent Driver's Licence and access to a vehicleWorking With Children Check (WWCC)NDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckFirst Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
