Full-time, permanent employmentFamily-owned business with over 30 years of successStable, consistent hoursA supportive team culture where everyone mattersComprehensive training providedCareer development and progression opportunitiesA varied role where every day is differentRewarding work helping people in your local communityBe part of a growing Queensland businessAbout the RoleThis is a customer-focused position where you'll work across both our retail and pawnbroking operations.Every day you'll be meeting new people, assessing second-hand goods, negotiating purchases and loans, assisting customers with retail sales, and helping deliver outstanding customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service in-store and onlineAssess and value second-hand goodsNegotiate purchases and pawnbroking loansAssist customers with retail sales and product enquiriesClean, price, tag and merchandise stockMaintain accurate records and complete data entryWork collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goalsFollow company procedures and compliance requirementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about customer serviceA confident communicator and negotiatorReliable, honest and professionalEnergetic with a positive attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to think on their feet and solve problemsOrganised with excellent attention to detailA team player who enjoys working towards shared goalsExperience or knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, computers, gaming, tools, jewellery or other second-hand goods will be highly regarded but is not essential.Previous experience in pawnbroking or second-hand buying is not required.
