In this tole you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results for our growing Volkswagen fleet business.
This role offers the opportunity to build long‐term relationships with corporate and commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their fleet requirements.What you'll be doingProactively identify and qualify new fleet sales opportunities within your designated territoryCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on Volkswagen fleet vehicles and servicesPrepare and present comprehensive fleet proposals, negotiating competitive terms and securing recent businessCoordinate the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and handoverActively monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge and support each other's successAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a fleet sales or business-to-business sales role,



ideally within the automotive industryStrong understanding of the fleet management industry and the unique needs of corporate and commercial customersExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationshipsDemonstrated success in identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunitiesHighly organised with the ability to effectively manage a complex sales pipelineA passion for the Volkswagen brand and delivering exceptional customer experiencesPrevious experience using Titan DMS will be highly regardedWhat we offerAt Sydney City Volkswagen, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
