You will champion operational excellence, inspire your leaders, and ensure the highest standards of service, culture and execution.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a premium, high-volume environment.
You will lead from the floor, empower your team, drive commercial performance, and continue to build on the reputation that makes NOMAD Sydney one of Sydney's most iconic dining destinations.Our ideal candidate will have5+ years experience in Venue or Restaurant Management roles in premium dining venuesAbility to manage operational duties including but not limited to invoicing, rostering, forecasting, pos management, event delivery, activation managementA solid level of food & wine knowledge,
