Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented individual to support an exceptional guest experience in our housekeeping department.

Responsibilities
Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including bed making, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
Build strong, qualified relationships with team members, guests, and contractors.

Shift Details (subject to change)
Rotating roster Monday to Friday.
Shifts start between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)

Monday – Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $47.39 per hour

Qualifications
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Basic understanding of secure handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).




Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Professional and explicit communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
