you'll be part of a passionate group focused on delivering meaningful cultural change and elevating safety performance.The key accountabilities and tasks for this role are to support the operations management team with:Facilitating key risk reduction projects through the development of action plans and execution of projects to sustain changeImplementing the ANZ HSE Management System including policy and procedure with key stakeholdersAchieving site specific plans, reducing risk and improving safety (e.g. high-risk hazards, hazard registers, property protection, injury reduction, Amcor HSE Standards actions) through coaching and training of Operations Team and Safety RepresentativesThe right candidates will be or have:A self-starter with a strong results orientation and attention to detailThe ability to relate to people across all levelsStrong negotiation and communications skillsComfortable with significant change and drive for Continuous ImprovementDemonstrated experience motivating and influencing othersResilient with a strong 'hands on' styleThese roles would be an ideal career move for a Safety Subject Matter Expert who is seeking a high-profile business partnership role.Qualifications/Requirements:A diploma level qualification in Occupational Health and SafetyA minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in site safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentNYSE: AMCR; ASX: AMCwww.amcor.com| LinkedIn | YouTube
