As a Training Advisor at MacKellar's Carmichael Mine operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Production teams remain compliant, competent and ready to perform.Working alongside operational leaders, trainers and supervisors, you'll coordinate training programs, manage competency requirements and support workforce development across a large-scale mining operation.

programsWork closely with supervisors to identify training needs and workforce capability gapsPrepare training reports and compliance documentationContribute to continuous improvement of training processes and systemsEnsure training activities comply with site standards and legislative requirementsAbout YouYou are an organised and detail-focused professional who enjoys working with people and maintaining high compliance standards in a mining environment.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in a Training Advisor, Training Administrator or Learning & Development role within mining or heavy industrySound knowledge of mining training compliance and competency managementExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training databasesStrong administrative, organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and OutlookCurrent Australian Driver LicenceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) will be highly regardedWhy MacKellar?
