With an expanding pipeline of residential developments, our client fosters a collaborative team environment where quality and safety are top priorities.About The OpportunityAs an Estimator, you will play a vital role in their operations by accurately estimating costs and managing tender processes for Class 2 residential construction projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Preparing trade packages and tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers.Managing tender processes to ensure fairness and transparency.Reviewing quotations to confirm they meet the required scope of work.Maintaining accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)



across all trades.Conducting site visits to verify progress and assess subcontractor invoices.Collaborating with teams to evaluate methodologies and identify value engineering opportunities.Utilising Cubit estimating software for accurate measurements and cost breakdowns.Preparing cost reports and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.About YouThe successful candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end construction estimation for Class 2 residential projects.
You will also possess the following skills and attributes:2+ years of experience in project management and/or construction estimating.A qualification in project management, a construction trade, or a related field.You have taken full ownership of estimating projects from brief to delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate tenders efficiently.Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative and follow-through.Collaborative team player who liaises effectively across teams and stakeholders.What's in it for You?
