If you are ready to step into a rewarding leadership role and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsOversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and parcel returnsManage returns and damaged goodsin accordance withcompany proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environmentat all timesIdentifyand implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivityTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff — including daily task assignment, shift rotation, and performance monitoringOnboard and train new team members on responsibilities, tasks, and company proceduresSupport staff with attendance management and day-to-day performanceFill in across operational areas whenrequired, including pick packing, physical labour, SAP updates, and customer service supportInventory & ReportingMaintainaccurateinventory records through regular stock audits and cycle countsEnsure accuracy of all deliveries, shipments, and stock movementsMaintain daily reports, incident records, and data entryMaintain,
