Civil Construction Traineeship – RCM & BCM | RockhamptonProgrammed Apprenticeships & Traineeships specialise in the employment of Apprentices and Trainees with our clients and the design and delivery of nationally accredited training.Programmed has an exciting opportunity in the Rockhampton region for a Civil Construction Traineeship, specialising in Road Construction and Maintenance.Throughout your traineeship, you will be hosted by RoadTek, a leading civil construction organisation that provides transport infrastructure solutions across Queensland as a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
RoadTek is committed to developing its people through quality training, ongoing support, and a collaborative team environment.As a Civil Construction Trainee, you'll be working outdoors in a hands‐on role that may involve hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions.
The position operates on a rotating roster which may include both day and night shifts.Civil construction is a physically active industry, so applicants must be confident they can meet the physical requirements of the role.
