Qube Resort is seeking a Reservations and Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Broadbeach, Queensland.
In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and assisting with various front office duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.This casual position is available for immediate start to the right candidate.What you'll be doingProcessing reservations, cancellations, and modifications accuratelyHandling guest check-in and check-out processes efficientlyAssisting guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous mannerGreeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional mannerMaintaining a thorough knowledge of our hotel's facilities, services, and promotionsProviding general administrative support, such as handling cash, preparing reports,
and updating guest recordsEnsuring the front desk area is well-organised and presentable at all timesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industryMinimum of 1-2 years of hospitality front office experience is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional mannerStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer serviceProficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer systems; REI Cloud experience highly regardedA flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyA genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experienceAustralian work rights are required for this positionWhat we offerAt Qube Resort, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work setting.
