The base shift availability is below (with flexibility preferred):8am-4pm Monday to FridayMonday Afternoon shiftWhat you'll be doingSupport daily living with purpose: Help participants build confidence and independence in their everyday routinesEncourage independence: Empower our clients to make choices and build confidence in their own abilitiesStay connected: Join participants in community activities, social programs, and outings like shopping or eventsCollaborate with care: Work closely with participants, their families, and key supports to understand their goals and preferencesKeeping things on track: Maintain clear and accurate records, review support plans, and follow best-practice guidelinesChampion rights and voice: Help participants express their views, raise concerns, and feel heard and respectedLook out for safety: Identify and report any risks or concerns to your supervisor promptlyUphold best practice: Only use approved, trained restrictive practices when required and always with care and compliance.What makes us different?
