to ensure services continue to meet client needs and expectationsCollaborate with caregivers, families, and health professionals to ensure care plans are personalised and effectiveMaintain solid community connections by engaging with local services, health providers, and referral networksAbout youA tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. social work, allied health) with at least 1 year of experience working with seniors and Home Care Packages/Support at Home Packages.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and adapt to changing needsYou thrive in a team environment and are willing to offer assistance when needed.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeA valid Australian Driver's Licence and the flexibility to travel when requiredABOUT USDovida is a national provider of high-quality, person-centred home care.
