Are you looking for a WHS role where you can genuinely influence safety culture and make an impact across a growing business?
This is a perfect prospect to work with a well known QSR brand and report into an experienced leader.
You’ll play a key role in improving WHS reporting processes and helping drive a proactive safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing workers compensation claims from end to end.
Coordinating return to work programs and supporting injured employees.
Conducting incident and injury investigations.
Travelling to various locations to deliver WHS training and education, support managers and employees, and promote best practice safety initiatives across the business.
Monitoring injury trends and providing regular WHS reporting and insights.
Developing safety communications, posters and awareness initiatives.
Supporting and improving WHS reporting processes across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders to foster a positive and proactive safety culture.
Assisting with WHS administration and compliance activities.
About You
Previous experience in a WHS, Injury Management or Workers Compensation focused role.
Strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and return to work processes.
Confident managing investigations and preparing reports.
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about driving positive cultural change and improving safety outcomes.
