Limited is one of the world's leading and most recognisable providers of Ground Handling and Cargo services to a number of major international Airlines.
We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our team based in Brisbane Airport.
We are currently recruiting for casual opportunities, with the potential to transition into a part-time role.
dnata is proud to offer on-the-job training and upskilling, creating genuine opportunities for career progression and career development.
Most shifts are between 6:00am - 12:00pm and 5:00am - 1:00pm on a 7 day rotating roster.
Minimum of 4 hour shifts
Approx.
15 hours per week with the ability to pick up more hours

A few of the key responsibilities for a Ramp & Baggage agent are;
Ability to lift 32kgs
Hands on capacity handling a range of duties
Opportunity to progress in Ramp duties:
Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft in accordance;




Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types
Working for dnata at the airport there are a few must haves for you to be successful:
You need to have Australian / New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Working Visa.
You must be willing to undertake a Pre-employment medical test
You must be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check
You will also need for some of the roles a valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
High level of customer service skills
Available to work on a rotating roster
1 - 2 years experience in a similar role (desirable)
