You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and placement while ensuring compliance across services.You will develop targeted campaigns, screen volunteers, manage records in CRM systems, and report on outcomes.
You will collaborate with service leaders to identify needs, build pipelines, and support volunteer integration.
