adherence to material manufacturers' instructions, and other relevant procedural documentation.Inspect and verify the release of internal HPs as per the project nominated designated authorities in the HP register.
Participate in the review of external HPs as required.Application of ITPs including calibration control of measuring and testing equipment.Assist in lot identification in accordance with project requirements; including both direct and sub-contract works, procured materials and services.Verify product compliance by reviewing lot records and closing them out when compliant.Assist with communicating quality process through process training and reporting.Monitor suppliers' compliance with the Project quality requirements.Provide input to determine and assist in the analysis of NCR root causes.
Review the status of NCRs, implement actions as required and forward completed NCRs to Quality Manager for close-out.Liaise with the project teams in undertaking audits of contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, as required.Implement and maintain quality system documents and records, and ensure all other records are managed effectively for the project through the document control software GLAASS.Prepare internal weekly/ monthly quality reports as required.Assist the Quality team with the preparation of the project quality dashboard monthly.The above listed authorities and responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.
