From premium hotels and restaurants to large‐scale projects, our products are built with precision, craftsmanship, and purpose.We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of our Australian manufacturing operations - leading a talented multi‐trade team, driving performance, and ensuring we deliver exceptional products safely, efficiently, and on time.This is a hands‐on role for someone who thrives on improving processes, solving problems, and creating a production environment where people and performance can excel.Reporting to the General Manager of Operations Australia, you'll play a key role in connecting our production capability with the commitments we make to customers globally.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead daily production operations across Joinery, Metalwork, Upholstery, and CNC Cutting work centresBuild and execute production plans that maximise resources, efficiency, and delivery performanceMonitor production performance through Empower, our production tracking system, and use data to drive improvementsIdentify production constraints, remove bottlenecks, and improve workflow across the factory floorLead, coach, and develop a diverse team of skilled tradespeople, including recruitment, performance management, and rosteringChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS standardsWork closely with the GM of Operations Australia to align manufacturing output with customer expectations and business goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste,



and improve qualityWhat We're Looking ForYou're an experienced manufacturing leader who understands that great production comes from great people, solid processes, and constant improvement.You'll bring:Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing team (experience in furniture, joinery, metalwork, or a similar trade environment is highly regarded)The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple disciplinesExperience with production systems, ERP platforms, or manufacturing software (Empower experience is advantageous)A strong understanding of WHS requirements within a factory environmentA practical, hands‐on leadership style - you're comfortable being present on the floor and working alongside your teamStrong problem‐solving skills and a passion for finding smarter ways to workExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the businessWhy Join Baresque?
