You are equally comfortable developing strategy, improving systems, and rolling up your sleeves to solve day-to-day operational challenges.Proven experience in operations management, business services leadership, or shared services management.Strong background overseeing functions such as accounts, procurement, workforce administration, or business support services.Experience within mining, construction, maintenance, industrial services, or related industries is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to support operational and project delivery teams through effective business services.Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and drive accountability.Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience managing systems, processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.About the LocationBased in our Kawana Head Office on the Sunshine Coast, this role offers the opportunity to build your leadership career while enjoying one of Queensland's most desirable coastal locations.
