You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for assisting with leasing properties, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring a smooth rental process.
You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team that values integrity, professionalism, and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Enquiries: Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospective tenant database.Open Homes & Inspections: Schedule and conduct property inspections, providing excellent customer service and tenant feedback.Application Processing: Process tenancy applications efficiently and liaise with property managers to facilitate leasing decisions.Marketing & Promotion: Assist with property marketing, including online listings, social media updates,
