The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to hit site OEE targets and keep budgets in check.You will master SAP CMMS, manage work orders, spares and preventative maintenance, and supervise service providers to ensure safety and compliance.
A solid focus on reporting, efficiency, and team coaching is essential.
