You work closely with the Logistics and Procurement Supervisor in shaping operational efficiency and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceival, processing, and accurate storage of inbound stockPicking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatchLoading and unloading deliveries safely and in line with chain-of-responsibility requirementsMaintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktakes and cycle countsSupporting the implementation of new warehouse systems and processesSupervising the maintenance of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and forklifts to ensure operational readiness and safety complianceUpholding WHS procedures, safe manual handling practices,



and a clean and organised warehouse environmentSupporting the sales team and broader operations, including assisting customers and the retail team when requiredLeading by example on the floor and contributing to a high-performing, safety-first team cultureWhat You'll BringPrevious warehouse experience, with supervisory or team leader experience highly regardedPrior experience in mining, drilling, industrial, or manufacturing warehouse environments (highly desirable)Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to performance, safety, and quality standardsSolid working knowledge of inventory control, stocktake processes, and goods receival and dispatch proceduresPhysically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving stock throughout the shiftStrong communicator with the confidence to give clear direction and maintain standards under pressureReliable, punctual, and self-driven; consistently sets the standard through personal behaviour and work ethicCompetence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entrySolid knowledge of WHS and secure work practicesCurrent driver's and forklift licenceWhy Join Us?
