Duties include:Operating manufacturing plant and equipmentManual handling,



lifting and stacking of weatherboardsMonitoring product quality to ensure specifications are metFollowing safe work procedures and operating instructionsMaintaining a clean and organised work areaWorking collaboratively with your team to achieve production targetsAbout YouThe successful candidates will:Be able to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.Be physically fit and capable of manual lifting, handling and stacking of boards.Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.Be able to follow procedures and work instructions accurately.Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.Be reliable, punctual and have a positive work ethic.Be willing to learn and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment.Desirable Qualifications & ExperienceThe following are advantageous but not essential:Current Forklift Licence (LF)Bridge and Gantry Crane Licence (CB)Previous manufacturing or production experienceExperience operating industrial machineryWhy Join Weathertex?
