This is an opportunity to join a business that values honesty, quality workmanship, accountability, and a team-first culture.If you're passionate about mentoring technicians, improving workshop performance, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs our Workshop Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the workshop while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.You'll lead by example, supporting your team technically while ensuring the workshop operates efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and coordinating all workshop operationsPlanning workflow and allocating jobs to maximise productivitySupporting technicians with diagnostics and complex repairsMaintaining high standards of workmanship and quality controlCoaching, mentoring, and developing technicians and apprenticesManaging workshop performance, labour efficiency, and utilisationBuilding strong customer relationships and communicating repair progressReviewing repair orders and ensuring documentation is accurateWorking closely with the Parts Interpreter to ensure parts availabilityMaintaining workshop equipment, tooling, and facilitiesDriving continuous improvement initiativesPromoting and maintaining a robust safety culture and WH&S; complianceSkills & ExperienceYou'll be someone who enjoys leading,
