Our team setting is supportive, professional and focused on quality outcomes.About The RoleThis is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Pinkenba branch.You will be responsible for high-quality accessory installations on 4WDs and light commercial fleet vehicles.




Meeting deadlines while maintaining premium workmanship standards is essential.We pride ourselves on delivering vehicles in prime condition — presentation, function and reliability matter.Your Day-To-Day Will Include:Fitting service bodies, trays, canopies and drawer systemsBullbar and winch installationSnorkel installationSide steps and railsSuspension upgrades and lift kitsTowbar installationsRoof racks, platforms and canopy installationsGeneral 4x4 accessory fit-outs12V accessory fitment (work lights, inverters, dual battery & charging systems)What We're Looking For2+ years' experience in accessory fitting or vehicle fit-outsBullbar and towbar fitting experience is a mustStrong knowledge of 4WD and commercial vehicle accessoriesProven experience in the fit-out industryHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlinesOrganised, reliable and punctualAbility to work independently and within a teamFull Australian Driver's LicenceYou must have a genuine commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Why RXI?
