We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, servicing participants across the Gold Coast region.
You will support people to achieve meaningful goals in the environments where communication matters most, including at home, school, via telehealth and in the community.

Your role will include
Managing your own caseload and delivering meaningful, person-centred assessments and interventionsDeveloping evidence-based therapy plans that reflect each participant's goalsCompleting speech, language, communication, AAC and mealtime assessmentsCollaborating with families, support workers, schools and other key stakeholdersWorking closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomesPreparing clinical documentation, progress reports and NDIS reportsMaintaining accurate and timely case notesEnsuring services are delivered in accordance with current NDIS Practice Standards, qualified guidelines and organisational policies
What you will need
A recognised qualification in Speech PathologyEligibility for Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaA current Australian driver's licenceAccess to a reliable personal vehicleNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckNational Police Check
