About the Role
We're seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential support across our office operations.You'll develop practical skills in organisation, communication, and client service within a welcoming, professional setting.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Answering the phone and booking client appointments
Greeting clients
Making calls to gather client and industry information
Providing assistance to financial advisers
Completing tasks such as the preparation and processing of client actions
Work autonomously and efficiently to meet deadlines
Printing, scanning and filing documents
Requirements
Be able to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work confidently both individually and as part of a small team
Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
Previous client service and administrative experience would be advantageous
Professionally presented at all times
Demonstrable resilience and problem-solving ability
