Project Coordinator – High-End Residential

About the role/duties
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate project documentation, ensuring drawings, revisions and documentation are current and accurately distributed
Manage document control including chasing consultant approvals, client sign-offs and updated architectural plans
Review and coordinate shop drawings, tracking approvals and ensuring information is issued to site in a timely manner
Assist the project team with construction programmes by following up outstanding actions and maintaining project schedules
Coordinate procurement activities including ordering materials and tracking supplier deliveries
Assist with tender administration, subcontractor pricing and procurement documentation
Liaise with architects, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams to keep projects progressing
Maintain accurate project records and provide administrative support throughout the construction lifecycle
Work closely alongside the Director and project team to ensure projects remain organised, efficient and on programme
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Office Manager,



Executive Assistant or Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
High-end residential construction experience is essential
Strong understanding of construction documentation, procurement and project coordination
Experience managing document control, consultant coordination and project administration
Ability to confidently review drawings and manage revision control
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with the confidence to follow up consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
Proficient across Microsoft Office and confident learning construction management software
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and support a growing business
