Nothing leaves, nothing arrives, nothing moves without you knowing about it!
We build for some of the world's most recognised names in fashion, beauty, sport, tech, and retail entirely in-house from our Brookvale workshop.
With 40 people across 8 departments and multiple high-value jobs running at once, the warehouse is the heartbeat of the operation.
Materials need to arrive right, get stored right, and reach the floor at exactly the right time.
We need a Warehouse Supervisor who runs a tight ship, keeps the system honest, and makes sure nothing delays a job because of what happens or doesn't happen in the warehouse.
THE ROLE
You own the warehouse inbound, outbound, stock, staging, and compliance.
You're the link between what's been ordered and what the floor actually needs, and between what's been built and what gets out the door on time.
Production Managers, Project Managers, and department leads depend on you to have the right materials in the right place at the right time.
When you're across it, everything flows.
INBOUND & RECEIVING
Receive and check incoming materials - MDF, acrylic, steel, aluminium, hardware, and client-supplied itemsVerify deliveries against purchase orders and flag discrepancies immediatelyLog all received goods into Monday.com and notify the relevant PM or department lead
OUTBOUND & DISPATCH
Work closely with the Dispatch team to pack and stage jobs for outboundEnsure all components for a job are accounted for before anything leaves the buildingCoordinate freight bookings, couriers, and delivery scheduling for installs and client deliveries
SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE
Keep MIS system updated with stock movements, delivery statuses, and outbound confirmationsMaintain WHS compliance across the warehouse and loading areasComplete and file delivery dockets, packing lists, and freight documentation accurately
STOCK & INVENTORY
Maintain accurate stock levels of consumables, fixings, hardware, and raw materialsConduct regular stock counts and trigger reorders before critical items run outOrganise and label the warehouse so everything has a home and can be found fast
FLOOR SUPPORT
Distribute materials to the right departments - CNC, Metal, Acrylic, Painting, Assembly, PrintSupport pre-setup by staging components and ensuring all streams are ready to convergeKeep the warehouse, loading dock, and common areas clean, protected, and organised
TEAM & COMMUNICATION
Brief the team on daily priorities - what's coming in, what's going out, what needs stagingLiaise with Production Managers and Project Managers on job-critical material requirementsFlag anything that could delay a job - missing items, damaged goods, late deliveries - immediately
