Place Albany Creek is looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Agent Support to help keep our sales team operating at their best.This is much more than an administration role - you'll be the driving force behind our sales campaigns, client experience and day-to-day operations.What you'll be doingBe the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer serviceSupport our sales agents with day-to-day administrationCoordinate listings from preparation through to launchBook appointments, manage calendars and keep campaigns on trackPrepare marketing campaigns, material and coordinate photography, signboards and advertisingManage social media content and assist with office marketing initiativesOrganise settlement gifts and help create memorable client experiencesLiaise with buyers, sellers,



solicitors and suppliersKeep our CRM and systems accurate and up to dateJump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothlyWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with exceptional time managementA confident communicator who loves working with peopleProactive, reliable and able to juggle multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with robust administrative skillsTech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsPositive, professional and enjoys working as part of a teamPrevious real estate experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
