Dispatch Schedular / Co-Ordinator & AdministrationEZI Towing & Transport is seeking a talented and organised Dispatch Scheduler/Co-ordinator & Administration skilled to join our dynamic team in Yatala, QLD.
This is a full time position based on-site at our Yatala facility.
In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.
You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our clients whilst supporting our operational teams to meet their targets and objectives.Key responsibilitiesScheduling and dispatching towing and transport vehicles to job sites in an efficient and timely mannerCo-ordinating with drivers to confirm job acceptance, routes and estimated arrival timesManaging customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email and other communication channelsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date dispatch logs and job records in our management systemsMonitoring vehicle locations and job progress throughout the dayAddressing customer concerns and escalating issues to management when necessaryProcessing paperwork and administrative documentation associated with jobs and servicesLiaising between drivers, customers and management to ensure clear communicationMaintaining fleet schedules and identifying opportunities to optimise routes and resource allocationSupporting the administration team with general office duties as requiredContributing to continuous improvement of dispatch and administrative processesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a dispatch, scheduling or co-ordination role, ideally within the transport, logistics, towing or similar service industryStrong organisational and multitasking abilities,
