As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive at our practice.
Your role will be fundamental to the smooth operation of our medical centre, balancing administrative duties with genuine patient care and support.Key responsibilitiesGreeting patients warmly and professionally as they arrive at the medical centreRegistering new patients and updating existing patient records accurately and confidentiallyManaging appointment scheduling and coordinating doctor availabilityAnswering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriatelyMaintaining patient confidentiality and complying with healthcare privacy regulationsPerforming general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and correspondenceManaging waiting areas to ensure a clean,
