On-Site Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor (FIFO)Wagners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at Eva Copper Mine Site.This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.About the Role$***** to $***** p/hr flat rate + SuperFixed Task Contract2 ON, 1 OFF Roster on day shift (there may be some night shifts)Flights (from Brisbane), meals & accommodation providedLead and supervise plant employees, contractors, drivers and visitorsOversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operationsCoordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock controlEnsure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirementsPartner with QA and Technical teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous operational improvementDeliver outstanding customer service by managing orders, enquiries and complaintsAbout youMining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 qualifications, or ability to obtain where requiredPrevious experience in concrete, construction materials, quarrying,
