The person in this role sets the tone: for quality, for presentation, for the team, and for the customer experience.If you're someone who takes pride in a well-run floor, can spot a bad avocado from across the room, and knows how to bring a team along with you, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOPresentation: keeping the section looking exceptional, with accurate signage, seasonal displays, and a standard you'd be proud to show anyone.Stock and inventory: help with ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and quality checks.
No gaps, reduce waste, no excuses.Pricing and margins: reviewing supplier invoices, setting accurate pricing, and keeping the numbers honest.Team: mentoring and supervising produce staff, training new team members, and building a culture of accountability and care.Customer experience: being the go-to for produce knowledge: seasonality, sourcing,
