About the role
Our client, a trusted manufacturer and distributor of coffins, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Fairfield East for a short term assignment.
What you will be doing
Picking up stock as required
Assisting with workshop clean up
Moving empty coffins from factory to trolley to truck, and back again
Supporting with general ad hoc duties as directed
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse setting, including pick packing
Forklift licence (desirable)
Reliability and willingness to assist across warehouse tasks
Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving stock
Flexibility to take on varied duties as needed
What's on offer
Immediate start, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:30pm (with some 7:00am starts)
Casual rate $35 ph + Super
Initial 2-week assignment, with potential to extend depending on workload and suitability
