Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry
Experience using Microsoft Office
Ability to work from the Chullora site full time – Mon-Fri 6am-3pm

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, handling distribution activities through the daily operations of the Chullora trade store.

Key Responsibilities
Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Picking and packing orders daily




Regularly checking and making up orders
Receiving goods and checking paperwork while maintaining due diligence
Loading and unloading customer vehicles
Maintaining operational equipment and reporting faults or damage to management
Recording and reporting customer complaints via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
Assisting with stock take and inventory counts to ensure accurate records
Performing general warehouse duties and housekeeping
