Business Banking Manager 3 Broker
Join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
Responsibilities
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
Liaise with commercial brokers to manage customer relationships
Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to identify recent referral opportunities
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market
Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
Qualifications
Robust prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment
Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining robust, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk
