Duties:
Lead and oversee dispensary operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy practice
Deliver high-quality qualified services, including MedsChecks, vaccinations, and health programs
Manage PBS claims and ensure compliance with legal and skilled obligations
Provide clinical advice and promote patient health outcomes through tailored solutions
Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellence in customer service and professional care
Build robust relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community
Skills and Experience:
General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
Community pharmacy experience preferred
Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Current vaccination accreditation highly regarded
Experience with FRED Dispense / POS Works (highly regarded)
