This includes liaising with our borrowers, solicitors and third parties to ensure the loan discharges are finalised within the required timeframes.This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a year or two of experience in mortgage discharges and is looking for their next challenge.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare payout figures, including all applicable fees and costsPrepare payout figures for internal useEnsure Discharge of Mortgage Documents are prepared and executed correctlyPrepare solicitor instructions and borrower correspondence in relation to their dischargeMonitor the email inbox, prioritise requests,



sort incoming mail and electronic filingProcess daily report and update accounts as requiredRespond to customer queries in a friendly and professional mannerAbout YouKnowledge of mortgage discharges and experience in the financial services industry, preferredAbility to accurately process data with a strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong organisational skills and time managementEmployee BenefitsCelebrate your birthday– with a paid day off, just for you!
