and support the bar team to maintain service standardsManage stock, ordering, stocktakes, and minimise wastageEnsure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirementsHandle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionallyWork closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth serviceAbout YouPrevious experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a busy hospitality venueBarista and bartender experience is essentialStrong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spiritsCurrent RSA certificate (essential)Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExperience with POS and hospitality systems is highly regardedAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysFull Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)RequirementsPermanent Australian Residency (working visa/visa sponsorship is not available for this role)Current QLD RSAReliable transport and a valid driver's licence
