Key Responsibilities Include
Greeting customers and providing a professional first impression
Managing incoming calls, enquiries and customer appointments
Supporting the sales team with administration and customer follow-ups
Preparing and processing sales documentation
Maintaining accurate customer records
Providing general administrative support across the dealership
Ensuring the showroom and customer areas are presented to a high standard
Working closely with sales, service and parts teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About You
You will be a friendly, organised and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills
A professional and customer-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
A current driver's licence
A passion for the automotive industry, a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a supportive team will be highly regarded.
