This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the Central Coast's leading property management teams within a premium brand.McGrath Central Coast is recognised for delivering exceptional service, strong local market knowledge and a genuine commitment to our clients and community.As we continue to expand our footprint across the Central Coast, we are looking for a Leasing & Assistant New Client Consultant with a strong customer service background to support our Business Development team and deliver an exceptional experience to new and prospective clients.This full time role, Monday to Saturday with a day in lieu, is ideal for someone looking to build a long term career in real estate while working within a supportive, high performing team with clear opportunities for growth.Working closely with our team, you will assist with many aspects of the new business process;Conduct open homes and private inspectionsManage tenant enquiries and guide applicants through the leasing processCoordinate the listed to leased process, including preparing lease documentationSupport Business Development Managers with rental appraisals,



prospecting activities and new managementsFollow up enquiries and assist in converting prospective clients into new managementsBuild strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, investors and referral partnersDeliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journeyMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislationMonitor local rental market activity and provide feedbackBuild the agency's reputation as a trusted, professional and client-focused businessThe ideal candidate for the role of Leasing & Assistant Current Client Consultant will be a people person with strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a genuine passion for customer service.
In particular, you will have:Experience in Sales, Property Management, Leasing or a strong customer service backgroundA current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceA driven, energetic, and results-focused mindset - you thrive on achieving targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailImmaculate presentation and a professional, client-first approachA valid driver's licence and reliable vehicleStrong presentation skills and confidence in conducting rental assessmentsThe ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline
