and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our IT team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to several strategic technology initiatives, including the implementation of a new ERP solution and enhancements to our Supplier Portal.In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
You will translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, helping to ensure successful project outcomes.As a key member of the IT team, you will:Engage with business stakeholders to capture, analyse and validate business, data and reporting requirementsDocument current and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for improvementDefine business rules, data definitions, reporting requirements and acceptance criteriaAssist with data mapping between source systems, the data warehouse and reporting solutionsWork with stakeholders to understand data quality issues and support data validation and reconciliation activitiesCollaborate closely with project managers, data specialists,



vendors and the IT team throughout the project lifecycleSupport solution design, testing and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing, data validation and issue resolutionThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions that deliver real business value.We'd love to hear from you if you have:A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or Information TechnologyHands on experience in a Business Analysis role or similarProficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot tables), Power BI or other data visualisation toolsSkills in creating functional specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories and requirement documentationKnowledge of test case creation, user acceptance testing, defect tracking and system validationAn ability to communicate clearly and conciselyExchange for Change is committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all.
