Scheduling and Administration Allrounder: Aged & Disability - Community CareCare to Care is recruiting for an experienced Scheduling/Administration Allrounder to join our team in this full-time role.

You'll be surrounded by people who love what they do and enjoy making a positive impact on the lives they touch.Be part of the scheduling team:Develop and manage care service schedules, considering each client's individual needs and matching with support workers' skills and geographical locationsArrange replacement staff to cover sick and annual leave,



and planned or unplanned absences and ad hoc shift changesEnsure compliance, cost optimisation as well as a focus on client and support worker satisfactionReceive client feedback, enquiries and complaints, and respond as requiredOn-call: shared across the team, on a rotational roster (remunerated separately)Administrative activities, using the Care Management SystemSupporting our Admin team:Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders by phone, email and in personAny other administrative tasksKey requirements:Ideally, 3+ years' experience in service coordination, scheduling/rostering –with multiple Client Management Systems/software applicationsExperience with scheduling mobile workers in the in-home/community care environmentWorking knowledge of SCHADS and Nurses Awards will be beneficialIdeally, working knowledge of HCP and NDIS programmesAbility to prioritise, coordinate and resolve enquiries/rescheduling in a high‐pressure environmentProactive and logical problem‐solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, telephone and collaboration/influencing skillsExcellent time management skills and a sense of urgencyStrong client service focus – must be a team playerExperience in office administration, including advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)We offer a competitive remuneration package, in line with qualifications and experience under the relevant award with an additionalabove-award premium.
On‐call is remunerated in addition.
