ABOUT THE ROLE
JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CASUAL MEMBERSHIP OFFICER!
We're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Membership team.
As a Membership Officer, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth while providing exceptional customer service to our members and supporters.
You'll connect with fans through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, creating positive experiences and strengthening supporter connections with the club.
This is a casual position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound calls to members and supporters selling membership products or assisting with member enquires
Respond to member enquiries via inbound phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to our members through written and verbal communication and ensure the membership customer service KPI's are achieved
Assist with membership operational projects as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for motivated,



customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sport, particularly AFL.
You're organised, manage time effectively, and handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Sales experience (phone or face-to-face) and familiarity with systems like Archtics or data segmentation tools are a plus.
A degree in business or sports management will be highly regarded.
As this role has a game day element, availability on weekends is essential.
