REMONDIS are looking for an Area Sales Representative to join our team.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Area Sales Representative is responsible for selling waste management solutions within the Rocklea and surrounding regions.What you'll be doingDevelop recent business opportunities to achieve budget and growth targetsMaintain and grow the existing client base through regular engagementStrengthen customer loyalty to support service agreement renewalsPromote a strong safety culture through hazard identificationIdentify opportunities to expand services within the existing client baseDeliver professional customer service and complete administration on timeImplement processes to manage and respond to sales leadsMaintain accurate CRM records and customer informationProvide tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutionsCollaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer requirementsReport on sales activity, customer insights, competitor activity, and KPIsWho you areYou'll bring experience of business to business sales and will be able to share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accountsTo deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speakYou communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers is as friendly as it is consultativeYou're able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system,
