respectful and non-judgemental.Professional with excellent communication skills.Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.Flexible, proactive and willing to go above and beyond.Passionate about creating meaningful experiences rather than simply completing tasks.Essential RequirementsSignificant experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours and high support needsStrong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and the ability to implement behaviour support strategies consistently.Demonstrated experience writing high-quality progress notes, incident reports, behaviour records (ABC data), and other participant documentation that is clear, accurate, objective, and completed within required timeframes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.NDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckCurrent First Aid & CPRAvailability Tuesday-FridayAbility to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per weekCurrent driver's licenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceExcellent communication skillsHighly DesirableCertificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalentExperience with Positive Behaviour SupportAuslan experienceExperience facilitating community access or group programsCareer GrowthAt Rize Support, we believe in recognising and developing excellent people.
