Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global manufacturer, to recruit a Manufacturing Assembly Worker for their Chipping Norton manufacturing facility.Role Title: Manufacturing Assembly WorkerContract Length: Initial 3 or 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extensionLocation: Chipping Norton, Sydney NSWShift : Monday to FridayPay: $***** per hour + superStart Date: ASAPInterview Process: One interview followed by a pre-employment medicalRole Details:Assist with the assembly and production of heat exchanger components within a manufacturing environment.Operate production equipment and machinery while following established workplace procedures.Assemble, inspect,



package and prepare finished products and components.Perform repetitive manual handling and general production duties as required.Work within a safety-focused production team while meeting quality and productivity requirements.Required Skills & Experience:Previous experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation or a similar industrial environment is highly regarded.Experience working with tools, machinery or production equipment would be beneficial.Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 15kg.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow production and safety procedures.Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.Additional Details & Benefits:Ongoing Monday to Friday work with full time hours of 38 hours per week.Full paid induction, on-the-job training and all required PPE provided, excluding safety boots.Long-term opportunity with a well-established employer that regularly retains agency workers for extended periods.Supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
